Update: The store got in touch with me soon after I posted this. The guy inquired what he could do to change the review from a one-star rating, seemingly unaware of what had happened. After a few days, I received a brand-new bottle that didn't leak in transit along with a $150 credit that I could apply to my subsequent purchases. The rating has been changed to four stars. Initial review: During shipping, one of the goods leaked. "Our web guy will get back to you about this" was the response I received when I called the company. I haven't heard back from anyone after almost two weeks. Could you perhaps provide an example of an original one-star review that was updated to the above?

The most helpful and amiable guys. I would advise anyone looking for a decent electric bike to visit the guys at Electric Bike Shop

Outstanding client support. They went above and beyond, which was really impressive because I had never been there before.

Electric Bike Shop completely changed the way our family gets around. Great selection, amazing customer service, and premium quality bikes. What stood out most was how passionate and knowledgeable the team was. They made us feel confident with our purchase and the after-sales support has been top-tier.

Such a hidden gem! I travelled a fair distance after hearing good things about ElectricBikeShopAU.com and I’m glad I did. The team made the experience enjoyable and helped customise the setup perfectly for my riding style. Loving the bike so far and already recommending them to friends.

I did a lot of research before purchasing and Electric Bike Shop stood out immediately. Professional service, quality bikes, and honest advice. The bike performance exceeded my expectations and the whole process felt reliable and stress-free. Definitely worth it.

Buying from Electric Bike Shop was smooth from start to finish. The range of bikes was amazing and the staff helped me find the perfect fit for commuting and family rides. Everything was explained clearly, and the support after purchase has been fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to switch to electric.

Absolutely impressed with the experience at Electric Bike Shop AU. The team was super friendly and actually listened to what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. I picked up an e-bike for weekend adventures and the quality has been incredible so far. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and know their stuff

If you're looking for anything e-powered, this store is great! They are really easy to work with and communicate with to assist with any of your E-bike needs. They are also quite cooperative and affordable with their clients. Additionally, they offer high-quality parts for almost all models of e-bikes. 10/10 would suggest to anyone wishing to buy components or a new bike!

Purchased an eBike conversion kit that suffered repeated mechanical failures over several months, even after multiple warranty repairs. Communication became frustrating and inconsistent, with conflicting explanations and very little accountability. When I finally returned the faulty system, I was blamed for issues that appeared related to previous repair work and was refused a full refund, leaving me with unusable components. I later had another bike shop inspect the setup, and they quickly resolved issues I was previously told would require extra charges. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional. Sharing this so others can make a more informed decision before purchasing.
