Update: The store got in touch with me soon after I posted this. The guy inquired what he could do to change the review from a one-star rating, seemingly unaware of what had happened. After a few days, I received a brand-new bottle that didn't leak in transit along with a $150 credit that I could apply to my subsequent purchases. The rating has been changed to four stars. Initial review: During shipping, one of the goods leaked. "Our web guy will get back to you about this" was the response I received when I called the company. I haven't heard back from anyone after almost two weeks. Could you perhaps provide an example of an original one-star review that was updated to the above?

If you're looking for anything e-powered, this store is great! They are really easy to work with and communicate with to assist with any of your E-bike needs. They are also quite cooperative and affordable with their clients. Purchased an eBike conversion kit that suffered repeated mechanical failures over several months, even after multiple warranty repairs. Communication became frustrating and inconsistent, with conflicting explanations and very little accountability. When I finally returned the faulty system, I was blamed for issues that appeared related to previous repair work and was refused a full refund, leaving me with unusable components. I later had another bike shop inspect the setup, and they quickly resolved issues I was previously told would require extra charges. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional. Sharing this so others can make a more informed decision before purchasing.
