Update: The store got in touch with me soon after I posted this. The guy inquired what he could do to change the review from a one-star rating, seemingly unaware of what had happened. After a few days, I received a brand-new bottle that didn't leak in transit along with a $150 credit that I could apply to my subsequent purchases. The rating has been changed to four stars. Initial review: During shipping, one of the goods leaked. "Our web guy will get back to you about this" was the response I received when I called the company. I haven't heard back from anyone after almost two weeks. Could you perhaps provide an example of an original one-star review that was updated to the above?

I later had another bike shop inspect the setup, and they quickly resolved issues I was previously told would require extra charges.
